ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
● Candidates should not have more than five backlogs till last written semester.
● Participating students are required to report at college by 7-2-2011 through their class placement cell coordinator.
● All interested candidates should register their profile on http://atsindia.suth.com – Sutherland’s On-Line Employment Application System choosing “Cochin” as “Desired Location” without fail before the date of the drive. Do ensure that students write the online registration number (ATS) on their resumes.
INTERVIEW PROCESS:
- Presentation: – 30 minutes.
- Short listing Process:
● Initial Screening: (This is done in batches of 20-25 depending upon the crowd, candidates will be asked to pick a topic & speak on it)
● HR Interview: The shortlisted candidates would be given a provisional offer letter and will be invited to our office for further levels of assessment, which shall include the rounds mentioned in the below point.

○ Voice Process- 25 WPM, 85% accuracy
○ Non-Voice Process- 30 WPM, 85%accuracy
